1. Acceptance
By authorizing or using Retro Weather Live Automation, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the application.
2. Authorized use
The application is a private administrative tool intended only for operators who own a channel or have permission to manage it. You may use it only for lawful live-broadcast operations on channels you are authorized to control.
3. YouTube and Google terms
Use of the application with YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, applicable Google policies, and the rules governing your Google and YouTube accounts. You are responsible for maintaining those accounts in good standing.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the application to access or control an unauthorized channel; interfere with Google, YouTube, or another system; evade platform restrictions; distribute malicious content; misrepresent broadcast ownership; or violate applicable law.
5. Account and system security
You are responsible for protecting the Windows account, Google authorization, stream credentials, and systems used with the application. Authorization should be revoked promptly if a system or account may have been compromised.
6. Availability and changes
The application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Operation can also be affected by network availability, Google or YouTube API changes, quotas, platform outages, account restrictions, or third-party services.
7. No warranty
The application is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Operators should maintain appropriate monitoring and contingency procedures for important broadcasts.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, EBL Systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from interrupted broadcasts, platform changes, account restrictions, network failures, or unauthorized system access.
9. Termination
Access may be discontinued for misuse or security reasons. Operators may stop using the application at any time and revoke its access through Google Account permissions.
